At Leela Journals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your journal doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused journal in its original protective wrap and include your printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the item to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
